Cancellation Policy

Booking Policies Last updated: 8/25/2025 At Doxie Dogs LLC, we want every guest to feel safe, happy, and cared for. To keep things running smoothly, please review our booking policies below: 1. Reservations -All bookings are subject to availability and must be confirmed in advance. -A completed client profile, including up-to-date vaccination records, is required before services can begin. -We require a Meet and Greet with your pet(s) to insure our dogs are compatible before your reservation can be approved. -Upon a meet and greet request for boarding, a deposit of $75 plus any add-on will be collected. Fees are refundable if our dogs are not a match. -When approved, you'll be credited 1 night ($75) to your total reservation. -Final totals will be invoiced and due at pick up. 2. Payments Services are billed individually or on a subscription basis, due on the 1st of each month. Payments are non-refundable once the billing cycle has started. 3. Cancellations & Changes Subscriptions may be canceled with 30 days written notice (email or in writing). Individual booking changes (day care or overnight stays) must be made at least 48 hours in advance. 4. Owner Responsibility Owners are responsible for any injuries or damages their pet causes to other pets, people, or property. Doxie Dogs LLC is not liable for accidents, illnesses, or unexpected behaviors that may occur during care. 5. Health & Safety All pets must be free of contagious illness and up to date on required vaccinations. Aggressive pets may be refused service for the safety of other guests. 6. Emergency Care In case of emergency, we will attempt to contact you immediately. If you cannot be reached, we will seek veterinary care at your expense. By booking with Doxie Dogs LLC, you acknowledge and agree to these booking policies.
